Matt joined Sylvera in 2021 and is responsible for all customer and business operations. He has a background in operational leadership in technology and other scale-up environments, and he holds a BA from Cambridge University.

Shona joined Sylvera in 2022 as part of the Product Data team, having previously worked in regenerative agriculture. Shona now leads Sylvera’s Product Data and Partnerships function, working with other companies in voluntary carbon markets to help scale together. Shona holds a degree in Biology with Management from Imperial College London.

With over a decade of experience in carbon markets, green finance, and climate policy, at Sylvera Ben is focused on the intersection of broader climate and market policies. A former Fulbright Scholar at Columbia University, Ben has collaborated with the UK financial sector, the UK Government, the World Bank, and the UN Climate Change Secretariat.

Gabrielus is VP of Product at Sylvera, leveraging his expertise in sustainable finance and product development. He holds a BA in Economics and Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, and a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Warwick. Previously, he served as VP of Product at Argyle and was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on sustainability and climate initiatives.

Rob joined Sylvera in 2024, where he leads the engineering function. Rob holds a degree in pure mathematics from the University of Western Australia, and brings previous experience as a tech co-founder and engineering leader in the public safety and cybersecurity space.

Thomas joined Sylvera in July 2024. Prior to Sylvera, Thomas co-founded and served as CEO of Fenix Carbon, driving innovative sustainable practices in the carbon market and advocating for environmental stewardship. He holds a degree from Université Paris-Sorbonne.

Sean joined Sylvera in July 2024, having previously held various commercial and technological leadership positions in the climate tech space. Sean holds an MBA with a focus on Social Impact and Innovation/Venture Capital/Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
