Bilal is a Quantitative Lead in the Technology-Based Solutions Ratings Framework team. He joined the ratings team in the early days of Sylvera and helped develop the REDD+, RES and Biochar framework. He has an MSc in Data Science and has previously worked at Bloomberg in the ESG team as a data analyst.
